I spent my youth working alongside my family as we completed all our own construction and home repairs ourselves. My father, grandfather and uncles were all tradesmen. After high school I worked for a condo maintenance company to put myself through college. This job was great for developing a well rounded skill set. Since college I have done side work for the last 20+ years. I have remodeled and repaired 3 homes I have owned. From frame up construction to simple repairs. With a lifetime of experiences and an ANSI home inspection certification, you are hiring a devoted inspector. As we walk the home, I will point out the safety and function concerns and help you understand the condition of what you are buying or selling. Upon completion of the inspection you will receive a through report of all conditions. I can also provide a quote or references for repairs or contractors to assist in remedying any concerns.
